The space
This two-bedroom apartment offers plenty of room to relax. Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds with quality linen. The living room is open and bright, with a Smart TV, sound system, and a large sofa to unwind. (not to sleep on)

Enjoy full comfort with fiber-optic Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) and air conditioning throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and a Nespresso machine. We provide bath towels, beach towels, basic toiletries, and everything you need for a smooth stay.

The bathroom includes a full-size bathtub and a washing machine—perfect for family stays.
Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment. The unit is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator. You'll enjoy the wide balcony with a view of both the sea and the mountains.

Within the complex, you'll find a laundry room, a minimarket, and a café. Everything else—from nightlife to supermarkets—is within walking distance.

We professionally clean and disinfect the apartment before every check-in, with special attention to frequently touched surfaces.

Check-in is anytime after 16:00. We’re happy to offer early check-in or late check-out whenever possible—just let us know in advance.

We provide two fresh towels per person, plus beach towels.

Playazul Apartments are just 300 m from Troya Beach in Playa de las Américas. Set in gardens, the complex features a children's pool, an outdoor pool with a sun terrace.

Situated in the centre of the Playa de las Americas resort in Tenerife. The poolside snack bar offers a continental breakfast, as well as light meals. There are also many restaurants, bars and shops within 3 minutes’ walk of the apartments. Siam Park and Siam Mall is a walking distance away.

Tenerife South Airport is 15 km away, and can be reached easily from the nearby bus stop.
