The space
Ground floor:
Bright and spacious living room with comfortable couches and a glass table for 6 as well as a large table for 8 on our private terrace. Smart TV with access to services like YouTube, Netflix, Apple TV and a lot of satellite channels.

A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel like home. A large fridge, fancy induction stove, oven with microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster and more.

In front of the house there is a little garden space too, and someone would love to have their cup of coffee there in private.

Upper floor:

One master bedroom has a king-size bed with a very comfortable mattress. It has a large private balcony. Guest would definitely enjoy those stunning view to the ocean. This master bedroom has also a private bathroom with a bathtub. There is a wardrobe and an air-conditioning unit.

Second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a wardrobe. From the window you may see some beautiful sunsets and mountain sights.

Third bedroom has 2 single 90cm wide beds. There is a small balcony too looking to the mountains.

Second bathroom is on the same floor and has a toilet and a shower.

-1 floor:

Our fourth bedroom is located one stair down, with a queen-size bed for 2. It is combined with a private shower, so the ones who'd like to sleep there, will have this shower room for themselves.

Laundry room is also on the same level. There are washer, dryer, steam iron, so you can do you laundry there in quiet.

This house has a large garage underneath, with direct access to the house. Guest will receive a remote control to access it.
Guest access
Our guest would have access to all the areas in the house. (Except 4th bedroom, when book for less than 7 people)
Swimming pool area with free sun beds, sauna, gym area.
Confirm the number of the cars, so we will give you also the access to park in the garage.
Additional notes
It's a quiet residential area, so we would love to have guests who will respect the neighbours.
Families with small children would also love this house. We do recommend them to request the baby crib and the high chair if they need one.

Neighborhood overview
It is located in the municipality of ADEJE (village) in an area of high quality residential estate Galleon named. It has excellent communications from the highway and from the tourist areas in the South of Tenerife.

Golf Costa Adeje is some 7 minutes away from our house.

We recommend to rent a car for this location.
